By Car:
Exit M55 at Juntion 4, heading towards Blackpool North.  At the roundabout take the 3rd exit (A583) and continue straight through 11 sets of traffic lights.  At the 11th set turn left into Reads Avenue.  The hotel is 500 meters on the right.

By Train:
