All provisional bookings must be confirmed in writing together with deposit within 7 days of request for accommodation.

Please state clearly on your request, the dates required and the type of accommodation.  Please note requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to meet them.

A deposit of £25 per person is required on confirmation.  A £50 per person deposit is required for Christmas and New Year House Party bookings.

Check your confirmation receipt from the Hotel, paying attention to the dates of arrival and departure, number of persons, type of room, tariff and the amount of deposit paid.

There are no reducions for temporary absence, meals not take, premature departure for any reason, nor for accommodation not required after confirmation of booking.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, nor transferable and subject to accommodation being re-let, no further charge is made.  Should the accommodation not be re-let, then a charge of 2/3rds of the total account is payable.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance against cancellations.

Full payment is due on arrival either by cash or debit/credit card.  For Christmas and New Year House Party bookings full payment is due by 1st Decemeber 2007.

The Mangement reserve the right to alter, adjust or amend the entertainment programme.

You can check in anytime but rooms may not be readt until 3pm.  Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure.

Sunday Free Offer is subject to availability.

Car Parking is available for 26 cars, spaces cannot be reserved.  Cars are parked at the owner's risk.
